Is there an analogue of Zalman ZM-VE300/200SE in the form of a UBS flash drive to emulate a virtual optical drive?

I think many are aware of the existence of wonderful devices Zalman ZM-VE300 / 200SE. I have a lot of CD / DVD images stored on my Zalman ZM-VE200SE for installing the OS, selecting the image with a rocker on the side of the device. Very convenient, I threw the *.ISO file into the _ISO folder and you can boot using this image.
Now there was a desire to change it to a multiboot flash drive, so that it would be just as convenient. That is, I simply copied the disk image to the root of the flash drive or a special folder and you can choose from what to boot, without dancing with a tambourine and editing files. Does such a device exist?
I read the articles below, but they all contain unacceptable cons:

More about the cons please. And why didn’t the device suit you?

@RKupkenov

The device suits everyone, except for the dimensions and the ever-losing USB cord.
Cons:
1. You need to rewrite the entire flash drive when adding / removing some kind of image ...
2. habrahabr.ru/post/98954 it’s not clear how you can keep several versions of the same type distributions on a flash drive :(
3. habrahabr.ru/post/124482 you can keep several versions of *nix system distributions on a flash drive, but it will require dancing with a tambourine for the Windows family. :(
4. habrahabr.ru/post/202378 availability of White-list

Soldering iron. A couple of adapters. Bulgarian. And a new flash drive. And your zalman will lose weight in size. And it will be possible to poke it directly into usb. Haven't thought about this?

@RKupkenov

such sarcasm is not appropriate ...
my hands are straight, I'm friends with a soldering iron, but Zalman is imprisoned for 2.5 "SATA and it is unlikely that it will turn out to be a device with dimensions of 0.5 * 1 * 5cm like a flash drive
