Wowpen Joy mouse and Win7 x64 wakeup problem
Good afternoon. The question is more to the owners of the Wowpen Joy vertical mouse . Computer based on Gigabyte ga-ma790x-ds4 motherboard, for some reason, when leaving hibernate for about more than 10 minutes (up to 10 minutes there is no such error) and returning from hibernate, the mouse stops being detected (the mouse itself glows, i.e. power comes on), it appears in the tray that the device is unrecognized, in In the hardware manager, in the USB controllers section, an Unknown Device appears without a dev id, the mouse itself disappears from the equipment. If you restart the computer, the problem is not solved, the same message pops up in the tray and also unknown device in the manager. Only this method helps, turn off the computer, pull the mouse out of usb, turn on the computer until windows is fully loaded, then plug in the mouse and windows itself sets it up with a search for drivers (sets it as a HID mouse). Tried USB 1.1. and USB 2.0, the effect is the same. Tried to shaman with the BIOS power modes, to no avail.
If anyone has had a similar problem, please tell me how to solve it?
Maybe there are some drivers for it, I can’t find it myself. there is no manufacturer's website, and the sellers are not aware of the drivers. In general, it turned out that this problem exists on Vista x64 and some even on x86 systems.

Have you tried to remove / insert from USB, when everything is already bad? I kind of had a joke with a wireless mouse and is still observed with a regular wired keyboard. There is an article on this topic on the microsoft site, I can’t give a link in dm.
There the bottom line is that you need to add a flag for "reset USB Host Controller" after waking up from sleep. Google on the subject of just mice and resume/sleep .
