Is there a way to run BBEdit on win or which IDE to choose for js and php?

Hello. Unfortunately, I was left without a poppy, where I worked for BBEdit for a long time, and was delighted. Was looking for a way to run it on windows but without success. Now I use VSCode, but the font, speed and appearance do not suit me. I don’t like Sublime Text either, I wrote 1k + lines, you look into this editor and you can’t make out anything in the darkness of its window, you have to make an effort to understand what’s here and why, I picked up topics, but it’s not that. A month of using these editors could not stop my search. What are you currently using on Windows? Thank you.

VSCode, Sublime Text is not an IDE, it's notepads\editors
try phpstorm
