What is the HTML5\JS\PHP\CSS IDE?
Hello. At the moment, I started developing my own Internet resource, but working in a notebook is not very convenient. What is required from the IDE:
1. Syntax highlighting HTML\CSS\JS\PHP. // Well, where without it.
2. View this page without opening a browser, straight into the IDE.
3. Fully customizable interface.
4. (Preferred) FTP support.
5. Fully compatible with Linux Ubuntu 64-bit. (No Wines and preferably no twists and turns with clogging the i386 system with garbage, that is, support for amd64.

Not exactly what you want, but a very solid IDE: www.jetbrains.com/phpstorm
At the expense of the 2nd point - the 2nd monitor.
Try NetBeans.

In general, I don't understand the problem. Google Chrome allows you to separate tabs into a separate independent window (which you can nail anywhere). Modern 22"+ monitors are spacious enough to play 1/4 monitor previews without affecting chats/websites/God knows what.
I am using brackets . The project is developing very quickly and clearly. Plus, open source is free.
Eclipse has plugins to support the technologies you listed: highlighting, autocommit, dockblocks, documentation, and more.
It is possible to open an edited file in the IDE tab with a browser (under Windows, this is the system IE by default, I don’t remember how it works under line =)).
The interface is customizable.
FTP, git, svn, whatever. Plugins >9000.
The most important thing is to view without opening a browser.
