The trial license for RAD studio is not registered, what should I do?

When registering a trial license, it displays: Trial license for this product was previously issued. Correct the error and attempt to register again.
On the site they write https://support.embarcadero.com/Forms/product/ , but I can’t understand anything where the web.config is located
