Hey! After 5 minutes of work, components stopped moving on the form in VS 2013. C# WPF project. If you hover over a component, it changes to a "cursor with a move sign", but if you start moving this component, a square appears, the edges of which are a dotted line, to select components. The environment restarted, the component changed. Doesn't matter...
