How to reset settings in PyCharm?
Dug in the settings, changed the color theme (scheme). Without touching anything , I immediately returned Default , but a terrible thing happened, in places where the text should be, everything changed, and the theme turned white, and in other places it remained black
How to reset the settings ??? (I need a white theme) The restarter.exe
file next to the program launcher does not help !!!
Or tell me the normal environment for Python

On GNU/Linux, you can simply delete the ~/.PyCharm40 directory.
On Windows, it's probably somewhere in %APPDATA%, look there.
For the future, for those who stumble upon the same rake and come to this article with an answer (like me):
we dug further, found out that this can also be done in the settings, only for panels they are separate:
File - Settings - Appearance & Behavior - Appearance: Theme (panels and overall design)
File - Settings - Editor - Colors&Fonts: Scheme (design in editor)
URAAAAAAAA
anyone else
needs to delete the .PyCharm40 folder in your User Account I
warn you, all settings will be deleted !!! Incl. and license (will have to be re-entered (not difficult)).
If you only need settings, then dig around, there are 2 folders, config, system
