Is Visual Studio Ultimate the same as Visual Studio Community?

Is it true that Visual Studio Community is the same as Visual Studio Ultimate, only free?
Or is there a difference in functionality? Or in something else?

I could be wrong, because something may have changed. But from what I remember:
1. CodeLens only in Ultimate
2. Architectural tools (explorer, diagrams) are also only Ultimate
3. For Community there is a limit of 5 users per organization, and if the organization has more than 250 jobs or more than 1M$ profit per year - you have to buy. Nothing seems to be needed for individual developers and training.
