Is there a way to display the image from analog CCTV cameras on the site?

The residential building has video surveillance from analog cameras, all of them are connected to the rvi 16la video recorder, which, in turn, is connected to a PC by a twisted pair cable. So, how can I broadcast the image from these cameras to the site in real time?

There are several options
1. PCI video capture card + software (I won't tell you specific models and software - I haven't used it for a long time)
2. Video server. For example NOVICAM AR1904 There are a lot of analogues.
3. Converter to each camera analogue -> IP. Mostly Chinese. There are even POE powered ones.

This reg can give rtsp streams.
rtsp://IPADDRESS:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=[CHANNEL]&subtype=11
They can be displayed on the site via ivideon or nginx+rtmp module.
