What program can be used to display the image from the local webcam in full screen?

I have a quite decent camera Logitech c910 and I have an idea to use it as an electronic magnifier. Unfortunately, its utilities do not allow you to display the image from it in full screen, or at least in its native resolution.
Please tell me a program for displaying an image from a local webcam on the whole screen, the rest of the functions are not too interesting, but if it is possible to record, then this will be a plus. It is desirable that the program be free, but shareware for a reasonable price is quite suitable.

I understand that you will all laugh, but axxon next will solve this problem. She webcam supports almost all manufacturers. There is a free version. And most importantly, it does what it wants.
But such a thing to use for this, I would look, but your question is solved.
