Ping disappears on the switch, what could be the reason?

There is a DS-3E0318P-E / M switch, from time to time it either goes into defense or simply stops pinging the cameras, there is PoE power on the cameras, but they are not on the network, I thought there was a problem in the switch, they installed dahua 16 port the same. In this mode, it continues to work for 1.5/3 hours, then the ping goes on again and the cameras show.
The power supply seems to be normal, otherwise if there were jumps, it would reboot at least.
In the network settings, everything seems to be good, because there are cameras that are connected from 12v and they work stably via wai-wai. Tell me how to fix the problem? MB stabilizer to put some or split put 2 pieces of 8 ports. Could it be a cable crimp? On the other hand, if it had been badly compressed, the cameras would not have shown at all.
Please help, I have been suffering for 2 weeks and I can not understand what is the reason.

I had such a moment that the cameras did not have enough PoE power. Although the distance was small. As an option - if there are PoE adapters try through it and be powered from the outlet - if after that the problem with the camera disappears - the problem is in the power

Check the total consumption of the chambers. Perhaps it exceeds the capabilities of the switch
. Check the wires with a tester, it is possible that there is an open/short somewhere.
