Is there a significant difference between GitHub and BitBucket?

Need a private repository. GitHub is still a little expensive, and besides, you will need several unrelated accounts. The income from this area does not yet allow me to buy several subscriptions on GitHub, so I'm looking at alternatives.
I am a beginner in Gita, I worked only in git clone mode, and I also do a little comedy and push to my repositories on GiHub. Therefore, the question arose - is there a difference in work, commands when working with BitBucket? Or is it the same thing, only the servers are different, but Git is the same? Or is there still a difference? I want to use webhooks in the future - is it possible on BitBucket?

GitHub and BitBucket are repository hosting services, they don't define how the git program works. By the way, there is also gitlab.com for example.
