How to programmatically remove pack-*.idx created by git?

I'm trying to delete the .git directory using C#, but on pack-*.idx files I get an error about lack of rights

UnauthorizedAccessException Access denied for path 'pack-*.idx'.

The application has a manifest, the program runs as administrator, this repository that I'm trying to delete is also created earlier programmatically using libgit2sharp
