Is there a service for direct upload to [email protected]?

I know about something similar for Dropbox (specified a link, allowed access to the cloud and the file was saved to the cloud without local download). Is there something similar for Mail.Ru? Because I have 1 TB there, therefore, I basically store rather large files there, which are far from being downloaded instantly, so I would like to do without downloading locally and further uploading. Still it would be nice to have support for torrents. Is there something like that, or will I have to endure?

The Cloud does not have an API. Therefore, even if you manage to find such a service, I do not advise you to use it, because. in order for the service to be able to write files for you, it must know your username and password, and even store it in clear text (not as a hash). Therefore, a service for writing from a URL to [email protected] may exist, but it cannot be safe. Here they promise the imminent appearance of webdav in the cloud. But that won't solve your problem either.
