Laptop replacement during warranty repair
Hello!
It just so happened that I had to return my laptop for warranty. When asked to give a replacement for the time of diagnosis and repair, they did not argue with me and said that it was necessary to write a statement and within 3 days they would find a replacement for me. But they also said that they would give me an analogue in terms of application, and not in terms of characteristics. That is, it may well turn out that they will give a laptop several times worse and even half-killed.
Just in case, I wanted to consult: do I have the right to demand a replacement for a similar laptop, or is it not clear according to our laws what they should give me in return?
And under what conditions is a replacement provided? Or are conditions already dictating the rules of each store? That is, let's say, if the diagnostics recognizes that this is not a warranty case (suppose it's all the fault of a curious fly that decided to settle in a laptop but did not live to old age due to high temperature and the presence of various noises), do I have to pay for the rental of another laptop ?

You dressed early for a dreary winter day. Now they often give normal netbooks with which you can live. No one needs to maintain a fleet of 10-year-old heavy and dead laptops for replacement.
Like the previous commentator, I recommend re-reading the articles of the ZoZPP or the forum on ozpp.ru
It seems to me that until there is a decision of the SC that no one will give you a replacement product for a warranty case. In general, the requirement to issue a replacement product is usually presented in the same place where a claim was made about the inadequate quality of the product, but because SC most often do not have the necessary powers at all, then usually all this is decided with the store. And the request to issue a replacement product is considered as a separate requirement for non-compliance with which separate sanctions are imposed.
art.20 p.2
"In relation to durable goods, the manufacturer, seller or authorized organization or authorized individual entrepreneur is obliged, upon presentation of the specified requirement by the consumer, within three days to provide the consumer free of charge for the repair period with durable goods with the same basic consumer properties, providing delivery at their own expense. List of goods long-term use, to which the specified requirement does not apply, is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
