Cause of Kyocera printers freezing?

At the enterprise, after the New Year, kyocera printers (40pcs) began to hang up or not wake up, everyone works over the network without any print server.
There may be some spam on the network, but I can not catch it, help me solve the problem.

I join the question and add.
Models 1135 and 2035 are susceptible to diseases, the presence of a print server on the network does not matter. Printers perfectly respond, but are inaccessible through the web interface (the page issues connection refused), the status at users too "gray", is disconnected. I tried
- disable all unused protocols in the printer settings
- disable snmp v2 on the printer, the printer becomes online at the user, but does not print. Jobs are queued.
-change ip address, change network equipment.
Only after rebooting the entire network stack did the situation improve: before the reboot, printers fell a minute after being turned on, after a reboot, and at the moment, printers need to be rebooted once or twice a day.
I tend to think that something on the network generates a multicast storm, but there is not enough skill in wireshark to see the obvious impact of the storm on printers.

Few introductory: how they hang, after which, what they did. There are no fortune-tellers here. The reasons for the hang can be dofiga.
