What can slow down the Internet?

Hello. There is a general problem in games on the network. In single player everything is fine.
I have a feeling that my game lags behind the server, even slows down a bit. I notice strange deaths. I see what I shot a second before death, for example, I see a cartridge case and hear a sound. But I didn’t even shoot on demos and recordings. a lot of problems. Even when players connect to the server it causes me some problems. The Internet goes through the cable to the router, and from the router to the computer. I thought that the router was bad, I bought a good one 2 times more powerful. But the problem remains. The most interesting thing is that the ping is 8-30, packet loss and other things are not observed. What could be the matter? Mb some parameter of the router interferes or there is a problem in the computer. Or somehow optimize the connection. The feeling that some kind of filter costs 2-3 miles or whatever seconds.
The problem is seen in all games. Windows has changed many times. What could it be?

well, you don’t have any options left, you need to change the area of \u200b\u200bresidence, you see fonit .... and routers can’t cope.

На самом деле вначале нужно выявить причину, а только потом идти в магазин. Проверьте пинг до сервера сторонними инструментами, проверьте потери пакетов сторонними инструментами.

If the computer is connected to the router via WiFi - definitely change to a cable.
In the console (cmd) run
Leave for an hour or two, watch packet loss and time scatter.

Either the performance of the computer is a bit lacking, or the bandwidth of the Internet channel.
Upgrade or change the tariff to a faster one....
