How to set up internet connection on Cisco sf200-24?

Internet comes into the room with static settings. A cisco was transferred to management, which is cooler than the previous equipment, but I have never worked with them before and I just can’t figure out where to poke here to drive in data for a static connection to the provider. I didn't find an answer on the net.
Do not throw too much slippers, I'm not a sysadmin initially, but it just so happened :)

Cisco sf200-24 - switch.
How many IP addresses are allocated to you?
Judging by the description, one and you need a router?
Then the Cisco sf200-24 just won't work.
