Is there a server monitoring system that matches the description?

We need a centralized server monitoring system, preferably in the form of a dashboard.
1. Lightness.
Zabbix and other harvesters are not suitable. No extra functionality needed. You just need to monitor the main parameters: processor, memory, network, file systems, optional system logs.
2. Open source.
Not necessarily freeware.
3. Not cloud-based.
You need the ability to deploy the system on your own server. Preferably on linux. Agents are required under windows.
Is there a ready-made solution for a server monitoring system that fits the description?
