What to sculpt a smart watch from?
I decided to kill several birds with one stone and blind my smart watch BUT based on a ready-made solution so as not to reinvent the wheel.
The platform requires:
1. Cost -effectiveness
2. More or less acceptable power (so that you can write an axis with a graphical interface for it and run at least DOOM on it)
3. To be able to connect a color display
4. Affordable price
If possible, then also materials for writing OS and other usefulness
From the options I heard about Black Swift

disassemble your smartphone, throw out the AIR module, camera, sim card, SD card, make the display smaller, the battery smaller and that's it. you have a dumb phone smart watch.
I would look towards stm32 , everything you need is there. In principle, a self-sufficient chip.
Peble, if anything on stm32f (I would think in the direction of stm32l, but dooom won’t work there, but a year of autonomy is easy.)
If you are asking this question, then the MediaTek LinkIt platform will be ideal for you.
