Why is grub2 not updating?

I didn’t update kubuntu 15.04 for almost a month and then I decided to update it, but when I updated the kernel, everything seemed to hang (updated through the update manager), I waited half an hour and decided that there was a problem with the Internet and closed the update manager. then I try to update through the terminal and get the following log

Burn yourself a bootable USB flash drive / disk and you are not afraid of any "stupidly not startonet".
