My, if I may say so, "startup" is doing just that. There is no marketing site yet, but you can feel it here (med design skills inside). It can do exactly everything you need - a helpdesk with close integration with mail (in principle, you don’t have to go to the site to work), the absence of social frills, a knowledge base, RSS and Atom feeds.
