Is there a "Report a Bug" plugin for Wordpress?

I understand that for such a resource, searching for a plugin is a stupid thing. But I think it is enlightened people who can help.
Everyone knows this chip with "Report an error on the page." The piece is basically good. That's just for WordPress, I found only with sending to the mail, and where the user himself needs to write a message.
Maybe there is such a plugin that:
1) Writes all messages to the database with the admin panel in WordPress self
2) Allows you to select a misspelled word, write the correct version and send. Don't be stupid about posting.
3) Indicates in the database the page on which this error was made.
In my opinion, with such functionality, this plugin would be very cool if it did not exist. And if so, who knows?
