Is there a program to manage the laptop's power supply?

Good day to all. There is a laptop that is always plugged in to charge the battery. I need a program that would transfer the laptop to battery power by itself if the charge is 100%, and let's say, after 20% of the remaining battery, transfer power from the network again. Does anyone have any ideas on this. Notebook MSI x370. Thank you in advance

I don’t think there is such a thing, because. what you want is meaningless
Do you want to purposefully eat up the entire resource of battery charge-discharge cycles in a couple of months ???
The usual resource is 300 cycles. Discharge - 4 hours (autonomous operation), charge - 2 hours. Total 4 cycles per day, for 80 days - 100% battery wear.

Kind! No, because usually it is implemented in hardware, software control is not provided.
