Is there a PC and a laptop for developing in pleasure?

What kind of computer or laptop do you need to buy so that advanced ide, to which I include jetbrains and microsoft products, work WITHOUT BRAKES AT ALL? And so that compilation also takes place in a split second?
Is this even possible?

@copal

build/buy a system unit based on haswell-e.
6-8 cores plus hyperthreading, ddr4 memory.
put a couple of pci-ssd in the stripe.
I now have such a hackintosh - just fire.

"And that the compilation also takes place in a split second?"
IMHO it's incredible.
I think that the main loss of time is the chaotic pulling up of libraries from the hard drive.
Perhaps you can rewrite all the libraries of your IDE into RAM immediately after loading the computer and then do not touch the HDD at all ... At the dawn of mankind, there were all sorts of things like RAM-DISC - I don’t know if they are relevant / exist now.
In general, the topic of speeding up compilation is very interesting. I also hope that local development giants will advise something for MS VS C ++.

And me! I also want to collect boost in a split second!
Essentially: more memory, SSD, the processor is not the best, but not the cheapest either. i5 should suffice.
