Is there a minimum amount of RAM for VMware esxi to which it simply won't install?

I just tried to put ESXI on a virtual machine and everything is fine, you can put at least 2 gigabytes of RAM on the container. And here on normal iron it is not put though there and 7 gigabytes.

Well, you see, there is no connection with the RAM.
What error does it give? Have you looked at the logs?
