Is there a good home surveillance software?

The functionality of the software bundled with the Chinese camera is not particularly enough. Can anyone recommend good third party software? Minimum functionality requirements:
- ONVIF or RTSP connection
- Continuous video recording
- Split files by time or size and auto-delete old files if space is running out
- Sound
support - Autoload support
- Resistant to loss of connection, sudden power outages and corrupt files because of this
- It is desirable (although not necessary) if the software will have its own motion sensor and keep, say, a log that will show when it worked.
Suitable free or "people's free" (available on torrents).
Thank you!

If you choose software, then the best options from those that you had to work with: Line and TRASSIR . But it is more practical to take the registrar. Either from the same manufacturers or HiWatch .
Z.Y. There is another software option. The advantage is that it is free - SecurOS Lite .
