How to set up the connection of video cameras via wi-fi without access to the Internet?
The layout is as follows: the Saturn-Internet provider in Perm provides a connection to my Zyxel Keenetic Extra network router, which, in turn, is connected to the DVR cameras - Elex H-16 Middle AHD 1080P (which use a cloud service so that the cameras are broadcast to the Internet), in addition to all this goes to the network router via Wi-Fi on the PC (which I want to disable from accessing the Internet, but leave the Wi-Fi connection to watch the cameras - this is my whole idea, but I don't know how to do it. ..) Any ideas are welcome, thanks in advance ;)

Remove the "main gateway" in the network settings on the PC. Then your PC will not go beyond the local network. It's easier than setting up a router =)
On the router, allow the PC to connect to the network, but prohibit the Internet (by setting a speed limit). There is a lot of useful information here.
