Which outdoor LTE video camera to choose?

Good afternoon.
Interested in the opinion of those who have already used similar solutions.
It is necessary to organize remote control over the summer cottage while construction is underway.
I imagine an outdoor video camera with a SIM card, which I somehow hang on an electric pole so that the entire area is visible.
I don’t count on streaming video, but at least I would like to understand what the weather is like, whether the workers went to the site.
Some wired solutions are not suitable, more complex than one device is not suitable.
If anyone has come across similar problems and solutions, please let me know.

an outdoor IP camera and a thermal box with a router, into which an LTE modem with an external antenna is plugged in, will be more flexible in placement, more scalable and much cheaper.
