Is there a difference between adapters from Apple and adapters from other companies?

I'm going to buy an ETHERNET - USB adapter to connect fast home Internet to my macbook. There is a native adapter on the market from Apple itself Apple USB Ethernet Adapter (MC704ZM / A) and it costs about 3000 rubles. But there are also other adapters on the market that are much cheaper than Apple's.
So, is there any difference in which manufacturer to buy this adapter from?

Apple's wires are made quite poorly, take them from official partners like Belkin, etc.
