Which smartphones support usb-c to hdmi adapter?

I know that many tablets support usb type-c → hdmi, the PinePhone smartphone ... and here my knowledge obtained through google is exhausted. What smartphones (budget, affordable, on sale) support this adapter, what do I attach to the post?

PS I’ll count and ask to the heap, maybe those who have experience in using old android smartphones with a USBmicroB → HDMI adapter like this will read this topic and immediately name a model compatible with it?

I have HDMI running on Android Essential PH-1. True, not through an adapter, but directly: USB-C => HDMI. Maybe it works through the adapter - I have not tried it.
iPad Pro works both directly and through an adapter.
Google Pixel - does not work on either 2 or 4XL.

If the version of the smartphone is USB 3.1, then it supports it.
But if 2.0 - will not work!
