Why did the external USB ports stop working?

I just bought a new PC yesterday and decided to install the drivers. I downloaded a program that automatically updates all drivers. And after all the drivers were installed, my mouse and keyboard stopped working, which were connected to 2 external USB ports. When I connected them to the rear ones, everything began to work, but now the 2 front ones do not see anything at all. What to do? Maybe just wipe the Windu clean, I actually have nothing here for 2 days and there is practically nothing, it's just a pity to waste time.

Open the device manager, find the usb controllers that are yellow, look at their hardware ID properties, google the drivers for them.
Well, or look for a set of firewood for the motherboard on the manufacturer's website.
