Is there a developer console in mobile browsers?

You need to understand why js does not work in a mobile browser. If on a PC it's F12 and you're in the console, then how can you look into the console on a smartphone?

Chrome F12, device Galaxy/iPhone, F5. The content will be mobile friendly. No need to reinvent the wheel.
There are also connected devices and input through Inspect. I don't think you need it.
