Is there a day planning service with one-time and constant reminders?

I am a freelancer, I work from home. I really need a service that will remind me of such things, for example:

  • remind about lunch every day on weekdays
  • remind you to take a break from working on the computer every two hours, despite the fact that the working day can start at 9 or 11
  • remind me of other events that I have added to my daily routine in the same service
  • set one-time "timers" for some process, for example, go put tea and remind in 5 minutes about this or something.
At the same time, it is extremely important that you can postpone reminders for 5-10 minutes 1 or several times / A nice bonus would be integration with Google Calendar. Gentlemen, please advise a similar service.

Severely however)
Not a service, but it is quite possible to use a simple or more advanced alarm clock on a smartphone - there you can set up a one-time, daily, and postpone.

Try MLO
Does almost everything you ask. At the expense of the timer: it’s not there directly, but you can dodge it, it doesn’t synchronize with Google (at least in the version that I have (4.3.
But there are many subtle settings for all occasions, I recommend that you first of all study the help, and not be content with a superficial "poke".

what you wrote is available in paid services like toodledo.com or the above MLO.com,
but what's stopping you from setting up your daily routine in Google calendar?
to fix the time - you can use something like rescuetime.com
as a simple timer - you can look at toggle.com
