Time management resources?
Good afternoon
I think to read something about time management.
During the day, they constantly pull, a bunch of tasks - as a result, you grab onto everything, but you really don’t have time to do anything.
Any advice on what to read/watch?
Thanks

And what is there to read, it is necessary to prohibit pulling and all tasks in the task manager and seven spans are not necessary.
There is nothing to read here.
1) rest normally. Go on vacation, sleep a lot and in silence (ear plugs to help), do not play games before going to bed / do not watch movies on the laptop in the dark / do not read anything on the phone in the dark. Don't work unnecessarily on weekends.
2) work 4-6 hours a day. It's to work. In order not to be distracted by anyone, do not check your mail every 5 minutes, if possible - put your phone away, do not read SMS, etc. Do not look at FB, VK and other dregs.
3) the rest of the time - meetings, pulling from colleagues and so on.
4) "multitasking" - in the furnace. Sat down to do one task - do it.
6) tasks need to be written down so as not to forget about them. It is also better to write down when the task appeared. Priorities, different lists, etc - to taste.
5) came to work, left after 9 hours and forgot about it. Time to eat and walk.
7) you need to write down the tasks so that you don’t twitch in your soul “oh damn, I forgot to write this down and do it!”
As soon as I start breaking one of these rules, a zopa occurs.
If you cannot minimize the number of interruptions during your work, unfortunately no time management techniques will help you.
There are two ways out - talk to those who interrupt you and explain the situation or find another job (for example, if your family interrupts you at home, go to coworking).
