Is there a connection between low-quality pages and positions on the site as a whole?

There is an online store with a bunch of product pages. Yandex mows down hundreds of product pages as low-quality (700-800 pages per day). Positions on average around the top 30 hang out. The question arose, could it be that, due to a bunch of low-quality ones, Yandex crushes the main pages or low-quality ones and the positions of other pages are not connected?

Algorithms evaluate too many factors to give an unambiguous answer. Probably there is taken into account the number of low-quality pages. Try to figure it out. Too many a day to ignore

Classic for online stores. Well, for reasons:
1) Yandex itself is not particularly picky and can, instead of removing a duplicate from the search, mark both as low-quality. But at the same time, this will not affect the issuance of other, high-quality pages of the site in Yandex, unlike Google.
2) The quality of the content on your pages and low-quality SEO links placed on other resources can also affect.
3) Which pages are marked as low quality? Maybe these are pagination pages or with different get-parameters?
4) Did you by any chance recently migrate from HTTP to HTTPS?
But I’m more than sure, since you have an online store, that the problem is in non-unique title, description and headings (h1, h2) + since you have so many products, then most likely the product cards are filled with poor quality. I advise you to compare these parameters of several low-quality pages with each other, and there you will get the reason.

What have you done to promote quality pages? If nothing, then the question is meaningless.

There is a connection because search engines rank pages in the context of the entire site. That is why, if the whole site is shit, licking a separate page is ineffective.
