Is there a commercial license that is free for the developer?

Hello! I'm not good at commercial licenses. There is a project that needs to be delivered in a free version with ads and a paid one. Is there a commercial license that I don't have to pay for? That is, so that I can simply specify the type of license as for Open Source Software and my application (its source code) is protected by it. So that I could not provide the source code and attempting to hack and so on would also be prohibited by the license.
PS I apologize for the "water", but I'm really bad at this. That's why I'm asking for advice.
