Custom fonts in the project. Who is responsible?

Let's not go into details - in a nutshell, there is a project that can be compared sooooo roughly with Photoshop. it's only for the web. and at the output the user receives a picture.
Actually, at the moment we have implemented a list of free fonts that the user can use in the editor.
But of course, this is not enough for users and they want to use their own fonts. Actually the question is - who will be responsible if we implement a functionality in which the user himself will be able to upload any fonts to the editor?
ps If it's possible, is it enough to have an agreement where we write that you are responsible for your fonts, etc.?

If you do not give access to these fonts to anyone other than the uploader, then there will be no problems. But I would add a checkbox like "I confirm that I have a license for this font" in the file upload field.
