Ubuntu 12.04. Help with flash and skype?

Good day.
Basically the crux of the problem. For a long time and tediously I was looking for a replacement for ubuntu 10.04 and arch set both centos and debu, in general I admired everything that was possible. From the unit wildly spitting and spitting, but still put the bubuntu 12.04 x64. I put myself a cinnamon and took down the slag that I didn't need. There are 2 problems that I can not overcome in any way. One is connected with flash, the other with skype.
Flash: representatives of the people of Navia on all YouTube videos, instead of people (flash bug with nvidia cards) is treated for me by turning off hardware acceleration. But! there is a second problem: video and flash games can be seen to work faster than they should (in the video, the movements of the arms and legs are faster, etc., with absolutely normal sound) PPC games, sometimes you don’t have time to follow the opponent’s move, you have to strain your photographic memory.
Skype: Kalichny Russian fonts in Skype, how to overcome and did not find.
Help with advice, because my Google knowledge is over :) all my life the flash slowed me down, and now it fulfills the five-year plan in 3 years :)

I solved the problem with the Skype font simply - I rearranged Skype :)
And it seems that the problem was only after upgrading from the previous ubunta - where I installed it from scratch - everything was beautiful right away.

YouTube blueface fix: If Flash becomes unstable, you can undo the changes by deleting the folder:
sudo mkdir /etc/adobe
echo -e "EnableLinuxHWVideoDecode=1\nOverrideGPUValidation=true" | sudo tee /etc/adobe/mms.cfg > /dev/null

sudo rm -r /etc/adobe

As for Flash Player… I have Ubuntu 13.04 and at first the video was sped up too. The problem turned out to be in Google Chrome plugins - 2 plugins are enabled there at the same time (2 versions are different). I tried to turn off one, then the second and it worked.
