[Solved] Horrible fonts in JAVA applications when using GTK+ theme

Ubuntu 12.04
Installed Oracle JAVA from PPA.

It looks like this:


From what I managed to google, JAVA applications, by default, use DPI equal to 72.

I would like to understand how this setting can be changed to 96?
Or if the problem is something else, how can it be solved.

Once there was a similar problem with the Netbeans IDE (it is written in java) in Ubuntu, I solved it like this .
