It is possible under two conditions:
1. Qt is linked dynamically.
2. Post a minimal source building the attached Qt libraries.
This is how the LGPL license works - the version of the GPL for libraries.

This software has a license agreement that explicitly states how it can be used. What reason prevents personal acquaintance with the document?
