Is there a CMS\CMF with an implemented system of invisible\automatic user registration or an extension?

Namely, during actions on the site, settings, ratings, etc. were remembered, with saving in the database (virtually in the database this is no longer a guest, but user67865448).
Of course, you can do it at the cookie level, but I want an advanced system - so that you can register without losing your settings, transfer your settings to your mobile phone (via QR for example), etc.

Most cmscs store settings data in a database.
Your case is not very clear
Well, let's say there is an online store, now in all CMCs you can collect a basket as a guest and then log in and it will be pulled into the basket of a registered user, almost all CMCs can store your cart either by themselves or by plugins if you logged out.
If you want something more, just add it yourself.

Most CMS store in the database not id, but only IP (if a person left a comment, rated it, etc.).
Accordingly, there is no way to work with the generality of the user's data (what he likes, what he doesn't, how many comments).
This is not about online stores, but about a general-purpose CMS.
