Is there a ban on playing radio/TV channels?

Tell me, are there any legal restrictions on showing TV or listening to radio? Let's say we have a hypothetical mobile app and a set of playback links (streams). Do I need to worry that some N-channel might "sanction" me and my mobile app?

Should not. There is also the role of a repeater, that is, a transmitter of someone else's audio and video stream. And not to put music and video on your own. If there are copyright encroachments on copyright, then not to you, but to those whom you relay. The radio stations and TV channels themselves will hardly complain. Unless, of course, they are not paid, but you will broadcast them for free.

For relaying suddenly you have to pay.
There is a possibility that you will be sued.

From the title it seemed that the question was about parental control on TV =) And here is the fact of violation of intellectual property rights.
Most likely, applications will be cut out of the app store by Apple itself or by the copyright holders even before the channel can impose any sanctions on you.
