Is the processor under warranty?

I decided to clean the cooler from the processor, removed it in the normal way (not the first time), and I see that the processor was removed along with it, a couple of legs were bent, is it worth taking it to the store? There is still a guarantee.

Where is the warranty? You yourself damaged the processor by your actions. Now, if it worked, worked and burned out, and not from overheating - then it's still okay.

No, this is not a warranty case. Take a needle from a syringe and try to straighten your legs or bring it to the service.

Take a look at the datasheet, those pins may not be used at all or duplicating ground or voltage, then it will work without them at all
