After replacing the battery, the UPS began to make sounds, while the indicator blinks that the battery is not charging. The battery is new. The UPS turns on but does not charge and the PC does not work through it. How to troubleshoot?

Test with another known working battery. if similar = problem in ups, if normalize = defective acc

Maybe the battery was discharged to zero, in which case it needs to be charged on a car charger in manual mode, after reading about the correct charging currents.
