The task is this:
There is a device with a COM port to connect to a PC.
Requires a circuit to connect to this port of the device and the ability to connect to this port via bluetooth. So that on a PC I could connect to this port as a COM.

There are mikruhi who can rs232/UART <-> bluetooth.
As far as I understood from the question, you need one, well, rs232 <-> usb will not hurt.

Install Advanced Virtual COM Port and redirect your device port to bluetooth port
