Why doesn't Bluetooth mouse work on a new PC?

Picked up a new pc. Everything works, but for some reason the bluetooth mouse does not work. All other usb devices work. The mouse itself works on another PC. The Bluetooth transmitter is connected, glows, there is a connection sound, but the mouse still does not move. What could be the problem and how to solve it?

motherboard - asus tuf z390-plus
mouse - logitech ...

Are you sure you have a bluetooth mouse? So they are all basically just "radio" - wireless.
And so, look at the driver that is installed for the device. Make sure you need it. Try to choose another.

In short, on that Windows check something else is working on your blue-toothed whistle
Column, gamepad, etc.
If not, it's more likely a whistle.
If yes: google manuals on how to connect a mouse
Logitech does not tell me anything, except that it is Logitech, like the ellipsis.
They are different there, one is just with bluetooth. Another is possible with a switch to 2.4 radio module / bluetooth
What model?
