I have a laptop: Dell Vostro 5470 Model: P41G. OS: Windows 10.
Over the past month, the bluetooth driver has crashed 3-4 times (I use a bluetooth mouse). You have to run the driver installer every time - delete the driver. Reboot laptop. And reinstall.
Question: what is the reason for the crash of the driver ???
P.S. the driver does not crash during PC startup, but while working on it. That is, everything works fine and then the mouse stops working with nothing, and the bluetooth icon disappears altogether.

The most correct solution is to buy another mouse with an adapter, even if it’s not convenient and the port is busy, but your problem will be solved once and for all
PS with BT mice all the time, thank God (I encountered the problem you described on laptops asus, sony, acer, samsung .. .and mice from completely different manufacturers from a4 to microsoft)
