Is it possible to transfer data via uart through the "musical" Bluethoot during operation?

I played with HC-06 modules, transmitted data, everything is in order. Then I thought to convey the sound, I found a separate class of handkerchief, which are sharpened exclusively to work as a bluetooth speaker / headset.
That's actually the question that I can not clarify for myself - is it possible to transfer data via UART in such modules while the music is running? Transmission volumes are not large.
Perhaps someone has come across those who can master it, I will be glad for names or links. If possible, then a higher device class is preferable, for greater autonomy.
Thanks to all!

Just read off the dock to the controller, but in general, I think it's impossible. It is unlikely that someone bothered with this and will answer for sure.

Look for a scarf with open source firmware, where there is access to the bluetooth stack and access to speakers + uart.
Most likely, the firmware will have a full-sized bluetooth stack, modified with a rasp for a specific scarf, where unnecessary profiles are commented out.
Uncomment rfcom, rebuild the firmware, flash it and try to run it.
