Is the monitor suitable for programming?

I sit at the PC from 10 hours a day.
Now I'm looking at a 16: 9 monitor, some kind of goblin's viewson, I don't even want to look at its model.
The eyes are terribly tired. In the process of coding, a second monitor is needed, anyway, I'm tired of switching between tabs.
I read all the topics about monitors, and did not understand why we need 2k, 4k, etc.
I just imagine a 4k 25 diagonal monitor. It's like 12 diagonal and a resolution of 1920. It needs a scale of 200% to see something (I have it on a tablet under windows acer w701). Yes, the picture will be better, but why, if I'm not buying for games.
- For me, 16:10 sounds convincing so that more code fits - yes, it will definitely be convenient, given that I have a scale of 130% (I'm trying to save myself somehow)
- A good IPS matrix - there is certainly nothing to add here.
- Frame rate 60? I don't play, I don't even have a video card. Yes, even if it does, I'm a fan of the process and only (it's 1n once every 2 weeks, mb will be a couple of hours for this).
In general, today I decided to order 2 pcs. this monitor , they say even up to 75Hz can be overclocked like that.
Please rate guys.

This is for movies.
For code, 4:3 is the best choice. But such monitors are not released already (or a huge rare thing).
For text, the best matrix is *VA, not IPS.
For text, it doesn't matter. All modern monitors are sane.
